It was interesting to see the various ways to use the SmartBoard. You don't only have to use lessons provided by the SmartBoard but can use other websites that are interactive and fun.
Or you can just stick with the activities provided by SmartBoard because there are lots of lessons already made and great to use. It's like the foundation of a lesson you want to teach the students and if you don't like something about that pre-made lesson/activity then you can change it by adding something else to it or taking something away or even fixing a problem they made a mistake on.

I totally agree. I loved the variety in the Smartboard presentations. There was anything from a theme throughout a lesson plan to an activity to a trip with a guide to help the ecosystem.

I agree with you, I think smart boards are very useful. Especially I am glad that we can add or change content. Like I mentioned in one of my posts, I noticed that there are many repetitive activities, this might lead to kids getting bored and with time this might decrease their involvement in class- so I think it is really cool that we can add our own ideas and fix mistakes (if there are any) but more than that we should use a variety of different activities. But other than that, Smart Boards are awesome!
