Reflection #7

I was in math class today and we were supposed to take notes on what was presented via power point. But the slides were flipped through faster than I can write so I was getting frustrated.

Then I noticed someone in front of me taking a picture of the slides with her cell phone. And I realized that I had my camera in my bag. I pulled it out and took a picture of all the slides, big enough so that I can read it later when I download it onto my computer. Then I created a new power point and placed the pictures I took in them, creating my own power point fast and easy.

It's so easy to acquire knowledge. And it takes half the time as it would have taken just a couple years ago.

  1. Oh wow Tammy, this is pretty cool. What a great way to use technology to do something that is impossible to do with a pen or pencil. How did you come up with the idea of creating a ppt from the pictures that you took on your phone? That is truly an act of creativity!

  2. Genius! Who would have thought how useful your phone can be! :) I have often felt frustrated when taking written notes like that. Next time I will remember to take pictures so I can see the notes later (and save my writing fingers!)

  3. Wow, Tammy, I also congratulate your great genius! You'd think the prof would slow down after perceiving the issue since you weren't the only one...but what a great solution! Way to go!
